$5 per notarial act
$15 travel fee based on location
$30 early morning appointments before 9 AM
$30 evening appointments after 6 PM

Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Complete your notarization securely from anywhere in the world using a compliant video platform. Identity verification, document security, and recording are handled in accordance with Ohio RON requirements.
Pricing:
$25 per online notarial act
$10 technology fee
$15 early morning appointments (before 8 AM)
$20 after-hours appointments (after 9 PM)

Loan Signing Services ( Coming February 2026)
Professional, detail-oriented loan signings for title companies, lenders, escrow officers, and signing agencies. Services include document review, clear explanations for signers, and timely return of completed packages.
Pricing:
Loan signing fees begin at $100 and vary based on document type, location, scanbacks, and time requirements.

ClearPoint Notary Group was created to offer something simple, but often missing from notary services: clarity, professionalism, and a calm, people-centered experience.
I’m Michelle Farley, the notary behind ClearPoint. I’m a commissioned Ohio Notary Public, certified Remote Online Notary (RON), and National Notary Association–certified Loan Signing Agent. I work with individuals, families, small businesses, and professionals who need documents notarized accurately, securely, and without unnecessary stress.
Whether we’re meeting in a public location here in the Greater Columbus area or completing a signing online through a secure RON platform, my goal is the same every time: to help you move forward with confidence, knowing your documents were handled correctly and with care.
Before launching ClearPoint Notary Group, I built my background in writing, communications, and nonprofit work, including roles that required high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. That experience carries directly into my notary work today. I take the time to explain the process, ensure signers feel comfortable, and handle every appointment with precision and professionalism.
